Refund Policy
If RefundFlow isn't right for you, we'll give your money back. This page explains exactly when and how.
1. 14-day no-questions refund
New Pro subscribers can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase, for any reason. This applies to both Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly.
To request: email support@pandaentry.com from the same address you used to subscribe. Mention "14-day refund". We process within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
2. Pro Yearly β pro-rated refund after 14 days
If you cancel Pro Yearly between day 15 and day 90, we offer a pro-rated refund for the unused months minus the equivalent monthly price for the months you used.
Example:
- You paid $59 for Pro Yearly
- You cancel after 2 months
- Refund = $59 β (2 Γ $7.99) = $43.02
After day 90 of a Yearly plan, refunds are at our discretion.
3. Pro Monthly β non-refundable after 14 days
After the 14-day window, the current month is non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals anytime from your Dashboard β you keep access until the period ends, and won't be billed again.
4. EU consumer right of withdrawal
EU / EEA consumers retain their 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. This section restates that right and adds extra grace beyond the legal minimum. By using paid features immediately you may waive withdrawal for already-consumed services (Art. 16(m) of the same directive).
5. What's not refundable
- Pro Monthly periods more than 14 days old
- Pro Yearly cancellations more than 90 days in (case-by-case after that)
- Refunds we secured on your behalf from third-party merchants (those go straight back to your card from that merchant)
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
6. Currency & processing time
Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. Most card refunds appear in 3β10 business days depending on your issuer. PayPal refunds typically within 24 hours.
7. How to request
- Email support@pandaentry.com
- Use the subject "Refund request β [your email]"
- Tell us: order date, plan (Monthly / Yearly), reason (optional within first 14 days)
- We confirm within 1 business day and process within 5 business days
8. Disputes
If we can't resolve a refund issue together, EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
