Every recurring charge,
in one tracker.
Drop a bank or card statement and RefundFlow finds every subscription you're paying for β including the ones billed under parent-company names you'd never recognize.
What you get
Auto-detection from statements
PDF, image, or screenshot β the parser clusters recurring charges into a single subscription record, even when descriptors shift over time.
Renewal reminders
Get an email N days before each charge. Per-subscription overrides on top of a global default.
Duplicate flagging
Two Spotify family plans? Two Adobe seats on the same account? Auto-flagged with refund odds.
Refund drafts in one click
Pre-written, merchant-specific refund emails. Send from the tracker, track the response in the same view.
How it works
- 01Upload a bank or card statement (PDF / image).
- 02Review the auto-detected subscriptions β edit, merge, or delete in one click.
- 03Set a global renewal reminder window and per-subscription overrides.
- 04When something looks wrong, request a refund directly from the tracker.
Frequently asked
Is the subscription tracker free?
Yes β scanning, tracking, and reminder emails are free. We only charge a success fee on refunds we recover for you.
Do you store my bank statement?
No. Files are parsed in-memory and destroyed at the end of the request. Only the extracted subscription records are stored, tied to your account.
Can I add subscriptions manually?
Yes. Every field β name, price, cycle, next renewal, account email β is editable, and you can add records without scanning a statement.
Ready to start tracking β free?
Free to use, processed in-memory, never stored. 30 seconds to your first report.
