Step 1 — Capture
Capture both the workspace owner's plan and any per-seat add-ons in the extension as separate records.
Step 2 — Remind
For annual plans, set the email reminder 14 days before renewal so you have time to downgrade seats without disruption.
Step 3 — If you were already charged
