Open RefundFlow on spotify.com/account/subscription — capture all members of a family plan as one record to avoid double-counting.

If you're on a family plan, sync the reminder with the plan owner so a cancel doesn't surprise other members.

Spotify rarely refunds partial months. Annual plans are pro-rated on cancel inside 14 days.

Open both your own subscription page and any family-plan invite. If you have your own active plan and a family seat, you're paying twice.
