Step 1 — Cancel Apple Music
- Open Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone, or System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on Mac.
- Tap Apple Music → Cancel Subscription.
- Your access continues to the end of the current billing cycle.
Step 2 — Request the refund
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com on any browser and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the Apple Music charge and select 'Request a refund'.
- Choose 'I didn't mean to subscribe' or 'I didn't use this subscription'. Approval is usually instant or within 48 hours.
