Step 1 β€” Cancel Microsoft 365

  1. Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services.
  2. Find Microsoft 365 β†’ Manage β†’ Cancel.
  3. Choose 'Cancel now' to trigger any eligible refund, or 'Turn off recurring billing' to keep access until cycle end.

Step 2 β€” Request the refund

  1. If within 30 days of purchase, refund is offered automatically during cancellation.
  2. For prorated refunds after 30 days, open support.microsoft.com β†’ Contact us β†’ Billing.
  3. Refund settles in 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
