Step 1 β Cancel Microsoft 365
- Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services.
- Find Microsoft 365 β Manage β Cancel.
- Choose 'Cancel now' to trigger any eligible refund, or 'Turn off recurring billing' to keep access until cycle end.
Step 2 β Request the refund
- If within 30 days of purchase, refund is offered automatically during cancellation.
- For prorated refunds after 30 days, open support.microsoft.com β Contact us β Billing.
- Refund settles in 3β5 business days to the original payment method.
