Step 1 — Cancel Canva Pro
- Sign in at canva.com and click your avatar → Account settings → Billing & plans.
- Click 'Cancel subscription' next to Canva Pro and confirm.
- Choose 'Cancel anyway' on the retention offer.
- You'll keep Pro features until the end of the billing cycle. Save the cancellation email.
Step 2 — Request the refund
- Open canva.com/help/contact and pick 'Billing & teams' → 'Refund request'.
- Use live chat when possible — Canva agents have explicit refund authority and approval is typically same-day.
- Cite: 'forgot to cancel', 'auto-renewed annual', or 'low usage this cycle'.
- If chat is unavailable, send the email template — refunds settle to the original card in 5–10 business days.
