Step 1 — Cancel iCloud+
- Open Settings → [Your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Change Storage Plan.
- Choose the free 5GB tier (downgrade) or Cancel.
- If you have more than 5GB of data, free up space first — Apple will warn you.
Step 2 — Request the refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID that was charged.
- Find the iCloud+ charge and click 'Request a refund'.
- Choose 'I didn't mean to subscribe' or 'Subscription auto-renewed unexpectedly'.
